will power dvd let me watch dvds on my pc without having a dvd driver? and is there a way i can buy it at lets say best buy? thanks

You will need a DVD drive to read (play) DVD disks. A CD-ROM drive will not read them, it can't be done. Luckily, a DVD-ROM drive only runs about $60-80 new, also serves as a (quite speedy, 40x+) CD-ROM drive, and usually comes bundled with a copy of PowerDVD or WinDVD. Alternatively, an OEM (white box, not a retail package) DVD-ROM can be had for a few dollars less (but not much less).
