What shaking lines are you talking about?
I suspect the reason you didn't get a response is because no one knows what you mean -
Poor deinterlacing and incomplete dot craw removal. Exacerbated by upscaling SD to HD.

I don't know about poor deinterlace. The main errors I see are on pure diagonal lines, and even QTGMC can choke at times. I think the bigger issue is softer capture with bad sharpening post-deinterlace.
It really does look like a DV conversion. The "KICKOFF" banner at the start of the video really gives it away, all the jaggy red with a hue changes, block noise around the letters. Main lesson here: Don't use DV converters. Those are crap.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
