I'm trying to deinterlace a video, I attach a clip. I think it's a PAL-to-NTSC norm conversion (the kind I'd use QTGMC().srestore() on), but it has a weird problem: after deinterlacing, some frames go back and forth. Changing the field order with AssumeTFF() doesn't help.
Simply using QTGMC().srestore(25) leaves lots of blends and dupes.

That video was resized vertically while it was interlaced. That has caused the two fields to comingle. So each field has portions of the original two fields in several bands over the height of the field. There's no fixing it.
