Error Converting DivX to MEPG2

I used a converting guide. I followed all the instructions exactly. The fps was 23,976 so i picked the VideoCD (NSCFilme).mcf using TMPGenc. I went thru everything i needed to, got down to using VCDEasy to burn it to cd and as its checking the sequence, an error comes up, that says the CD Image is 838383(some number) which is > 348833 (some smaller number). Not sure waht's the problem, anyone got any ideas.

Is the resulting mpeg too big for the CD?

80min CD = 80min VCD
74min CD = 74min VCD

Possibly, i was pretty sure it said there was enough disk space, ill check it out some more and see. If i convert to VCD from DivX, does it make the file a lot larger?
