  1. I have a jpg 288X386 pixels 96 DPI.I can see headline but cannot read text. Is there any way to increase it so I can read it. I have tried several online AI and also photoshop and Topaz Gigapixel but I am not very good with these programs

    If you just want to read it from your screen why not just try the Windows magnifier (Win 7 and 10)
