Need help in downloading from shahid.net via youtube-dl

Hi, if I copy and paste the link of the shahid.net page which contains video on CMD it gives error and doesn't download the video:

ERROR: هذا المحتوى متاح فقظ لمشتركي SHAHID PLUS

If I click on Internet download manager button and copy link URL and past it to CMD it get downloaded. Till now it's acceptable somehow.

But some videos when I click on IDM button it shows only a file with .vtt extension which has URL like this "https://shahid-sprite.akamaized.net/asset-9f5545a1-e7d6-4cdf-8cc2-bcbe8f587cdb/PreviewThumbnail.vtt?sv=2017-04-17&sr=c&si=eccf1589-7605-4a1b-bee1-5513134ecc43&sig=IrTwWsSGbmvjxQt5N4uLSIYJwtG0EwjnL ut4TMnuv5M%3D&se=2120-09-08T23%3A35%3A36Z"

Thus this URL doesn't make any sense on CMD.

How to download these kind of videos?
