Toshiba RD-XS35SU versus RD-XS35SC

Does anyone know the difference between an XS35SU and XS35SC? I am assuming the difference is in the Country of Sale? Any differences in functionality or operation or electrical standard? Could not find the answer in the User Manual or Service Manual.

I looked at the manual and the only thing I see is the different warranties, one US and one Canadian. No difference in functionality.

Thanks CrazyCanuck, I figured it was something simple like that. I don't think warranty terms are gonna matter at this point, 15 years on, if you still have or can find a functioning unit.
