Error 403 from server donwloading a MPD

Hello. I have an 403 error on the MPD link of this stream:

So I cant download it........could be someone can try and tell me

how can I bypass 403error? thank you

downloaded the video and decrypted with bento, the video can be seen jerky and the audio is late...
with ffmpeg worst.
player tested: VLC, gomplayer, potplayer

other: widevine decryptor ... we have for firefox?
