JVC TBC Flickers in Adobe with Matrox RT.X2LE

Hi,

I finally got my Matrox RT.X2LE working on a windows 7 using Adobe Premiere 4.2.1

When capturing with the digital TBC on on my JVC, the image gives 'black flickers' when capturing.
when capturing whit other capturecards (pinnacle usb or Pinnacle PCI card) its no problemo
If i turn TBC off it's gone.

Why is this happening?
Does anyone have suggestions for best settings for this card?

Try using vdub or AmarecTV, NLE is not a perfect tool for capturing, it is just a side function that often time doesn't work with a lot of hardware.
