Simple. I have this mp4 video with NO audio. BUT I have the audio track (in m4a format), with exact same duration (whatever that's called, timecode, whatever...).
And the output has to be an mp4 file. Not mkv, not .avi, whatever. Just a simple (bigger, obviously) mp4 file with the audio track "included".
MP4Muxer 0.9.3 outputs an mkv file that doesn't play in VLC (nothing happens). And tsMuxeR gives out an "Error: Out of index for AAC track #1 at position 160060" for the m4a audio file.
I mean, again, there's no need for even syncing, as both files have the exact same duration. Seriously, things should be simpler than this...
Please help.

Open the video in Avidumux.
Audio (at the top) add the separate audio file
Output format (left) set to mp4 muxer
save new file
