Conversion to MP4 Fails with Any Video Converter

Hi, when I covert a file into MP4 using Any Video Converter, it always fails. This does not happen when I try to convert to AVI or WMV formats. Does anyone know the cause and fix to the problem? I thank you much for your help.

Help with what? You haven't given details at all
Does the program provide a log of it's operations? Something that may actually show the problem?

With any video program i bought that had issues i always contacted the maker first since they designed it might know of flaws that exist.

Which format are you trying to convert to Mp4 ? - please provide MediaInfo (or MedaiInfoLite) details of the source file.

Maybe the audio codec of the file you are attempting to convert does not suit the Mp4 format container.....

PS this is nothing you cant achieve with the free and gorgeous ffmpeg, my friend.
