Hello all! I looked on their forum to see if anybody else asked this question. My Samsung TV had trouble playing back a file so I used my VideoRedo Version5's quick stream fix on it and it did correct the a/v but now the subtitles are gone? There are no options when selecting the output which I chose .mkv so no recoding is necessary.
