Need to add individual boxes with text on video

Hi, I'm pretty new to video editing and attempting this. What software would you recommend (preferably free) I use to edit video podcast to put different guests into their own boxes with individual text edits on each of them?
An example of what I'm attempting to achieve would be in this screenshot from an Youtube podcast here

You could make the blue text boxes on the fusion tab but it is time consuming.

After the fact, any NLE can do it, as suggested by super8rescue. If you're trying to do it live you should familiarize yourself with OBS.
