what to do with "seid" in bilibili links

Greetings
youtube-dl, youtube-dlc both get stuck with links like:
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1ns41177fZ?from=search&seid=6953770949856365043
after downloading I get the message:
'seid' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
the file downloaded was in flv format so it contained both video and audio and no subs were needed.
How do I overcome this error message or else I need not be worried by it

one possible "solution": tvdownloader does not issue this "seid" comment and downloads the same file
so maybe I can ignore this message
