Where did you find the screenshot above ? I remember seeing that, I may have downloaded it if a direct link was provided on the forum, although I can't find it ATM (that's “at the moment”, don't go searching that on Urban Dictionary).

[EDIT] But the member with the monkey has been online as recently as today, and is still interested by “Sex, DVD's and anything Electronic or Mechanical”, so better ask directly indeed.
