how do I download these videos, from boxcast possibly?

Hello,
I'm new and it looks like things have changed dramatically since I last tried to download a streaming video. I tried some of the typical plug ins but was unsuccessful. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to download videos from: https://www.cmemeeting.org/hawaii-2020-live#livestream . I sat through most of the livestreams but would like to access them later as well. I thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

I appreciate the attempt but the file size is only 1mb when downloading or I may be doing something wrong. I believe the links you sent provide a streaming file. Is there a way to actually download? I believe this videos will soon be removed in a week or so. Thank you again for your help
