I'm needing to encode video to a maximum size for an online platform, so I'm trying to use a bitrate calculator so it doesn't go over. Having some trouble understanding the overhead setting on these calculators. I'm encoding 720P H.264 format via the x264 encoder. Can someone tell me what number I should use for overhead? Thank you
