Gday,

I've been at this for "eons" but have had no luck, so I thought I'd tap the experts. I'm a keen user of Picasa. About its only failing is that it will not display some MOV files.

I have the HAALI splitter installed so it will display MP4s, and I have QTLite installed as well.

I have resorted to converting my MOVs to MKVs with MKVToolnix so they display but I would like to have them displayed with no need to convert.

As I intimated in the title, the MOVs that are blank in Picasa also do not display a thumbnail in Windows Explorer.

I would be grateful if someone could provide some guidance (eg codecs to install) to enable MOVs to be visible in Picasa.
