    i was wondering if there was a way to fix this wrinkled VHS Tape Thank You

    Even if you manage to straighten it the video recorded on that section will have a severe drop outs, frames timing is gone, audio will be very bad, it's impossible to recover it. May as well splice that section out and save your VCR's head from being damaged.
