Hi All,
My OS on my PC is Windows 10.
I am wanting to pipe Freesat directly into my PC to watch it and more importantly record it in MPEG format.
It seems my best choice of hardware to do this is either:
Hauppauge PCTV DVB-S2 Stick 461e DVB-S,DVB-S2 USB
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hauppauge-PCTV-DVB-S2-Stick-461e/dp/B00DH51DUQ/ref=sr_1_2?dch...6657289&sr=8-2
Or
WinTV-NOVA-S2 Satellite TV Receiver USB
https://www.amazon.co.uk/WinTV-Nova-S2-Model-supply-FreeSat/dp/B07MN1VMQF/ref=sr_1_1?d...6657225&sr=8-1
I can not get enough information on the specifications of these devices!
Does anyone know for sure which is the best one to buy ?
They both look the same to me?
Has anyone got any better suggestions for hardware to buy to achieve my goal ?
I do NOT want to end up with encrypted video
Thank You..
