you can use "copy as cURL" and apply these changes and paste it in cmd

• increase range of "XMLHttpPlayerRequest-bytes" & "range"
• remove --compress
• add output

do it for both video and audio

make sure you have ffmpeg in the same folder
add cookies in cookies.txt from headers https://i.stack.imgur.com/dAUAx.png without "cookie: "
make sure you reload your site within 100 sec otherwise cookies will change i used "tab auto refresh" extension
