  1. Hello,

    I need to trim some videos with Avidemux, the problem is that the length between each keyframe is about 10 seconds, I want to shorten that to about 1 second.

    Here is a screenshot if you don't understand: https://imgur.com/a/YV7nr9t

    In the video below the length between each keyframe is about 2 seconds while the video above is over 10 seconds.

  4. It depends on the encoder you're using. With x264 you enter keyint=xx in the Extra Options box -- where xx is the GOP size (distance between key frames). If your video is 24 fps and you want one second between key frames then you want to enter keyint=24.
