Loop fireplace mp4?

I have a HD mp4 of a fireplace. I'd like to make it loop. I think the easiest way is to author a Blu ray iso with looped playback. If this is correct then is there free software for this please? Thank you

You're unlikely to find something both free and with the looping function. Since this is a simple job, you should be able to complete it during the free trial period of TMPGenc Authoring Works or DVD Architect Studio (to name two.) Be aware that burned disks often do not loop as seamlessly as their mass-produced printed counterparts so there may be a momentary hitch at the loop point.
