How to download a video from Akamai

Hello,
I found a very interesting video on https://embedftv-a.akamaihd.net/?ue=bfa491c5f01f51b519c0a69e214dec15.

To download it , I try different methods described in https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/372230-%5bSOLVED%5d-How-to-download-this-video-from-Akamai but none of the software can find a valid video stream.

Is someone have a solution ?

Sorry, it doesn't work :
- The URL is not recongnize as a video stream, so the extension proposed for the file is "html"
- The result is a 18,44ko file..

I am facing a strange problem on my PC. When I try to download a stream, the [dashsegments]module/step doesn't run for some reason and it just downloads an empty audio track of like 18 KB. See the image below.

But, when I try to do it on another PC, the [dashsegments]module/step runs fine and it downloads the complete audio stream that I have selected. See below.

run cmd with admin privileges or run from non system drive
