I opened a .SUP file (Blu-ray PGS subtitles) and edited it, but it doesn't seem to be anyway I can save the subtitles as .SUP. Is there a way to change that?

  4. There is an option in Subtitle Edit File>Export>Blu-ray sup... that might be what you want.
I don't have a need for SUP files but I loaded a SRT file and the option was there.
    I didn't go any further.
