    on twitch you

  4. Pretty much every video editor works that way -- or can have keyboard shortcuts mapped so they do.

    Therefore, it's a tie.

BTW, in most video circles, what you are trying to do should be properly referred to as a "TRIM" action. The item you are working on is a "CLIP".
Are you trying to trim in the assets/clip bin/window or are you trying to trim via the timeline, or is it somewhere else? I ask, as some pro editors allow you to do trims in different ways depending upon the context.

  6. Even simple video editors will require some investment in learning a menu layout and settings.

Probably because most of us couldn't give a crap if something took 3 clicks instead of 2.

We keep coming back here to help and be helped in issues dealing with video & audio, not really computer user interface efficiency.

  15. Not that impressed personally with the clip UI from online-video-cutter.com. But at least it's now clear what you were looking for.

    The crop UI has potential.

  16. got a chance to test things

seems like everything tested so far is bad actually

only thing that's good is 'photos' on windows 10

still nowhere as good as twitch tho

ended up using photos to do final clip

all of these video editors are so bad its unbelievable

have a list on g sheet of manyyyyyyyyyyyyy vid editor, online + off, and all are bad ux/ui/design

didnt know it takes amazon buying out twitch to have a good editor

but - twitch made their clipper a long time ago, so clearly it didnt need billions to make simple + good things
