AMD RX 6000 Ray Tracing is 25% SLOWER than RTX 3080!

1. does a player VIDEO use Ray Tracing processing units from video card ?
and for what ?

2. DLSS - Comes with NVIDIA cards for AMD There is nothing similar at the moment
is it important to play movie ?

3. do Radeon™ Anti-Lag - does a player use it ? if yes for what ?
