Annoying names preview on taskbar

Does anyone know if there is anyway to disable the name preview in the white box from the taskbar or anyway of extending the time before you see it, its starting to become annoying if your clicking stuff near to the taskbar and you end up hovering on the button by mistake

Don't know about Win10 but in Win7 you can only hide the label when more than one instance of the program (or window for that program) is open.


But seriously, well for me at least, the label only appears when the mouse is over the icon after a second or possibly more so it is hardly 'annoying'. And it's no different to labels that appear on many webpages including this one If you do not know what I mean just hover over some of the icons above, and below, when you reply to this post)

Use a quick launch and choose small icons,then you won't notice the popups.
