About 10 years ago I needed to convert a 60i FullHD video to 50i DVD, and I found that the only thing that could do a really good job was AviSynth. All the commercial editors I tried did a very bad job. Did this situation change since then? My friend is asking me about this, I would like to recommend him something other than AviSynth, because he is not very experienced in scripting.
