I've had a few problems with corrupted MKV files. I realize that Handbrake is meant for file transcoding, but I was wondering if I could use it to simply run through the mkv files and weed out the bad ones. I don't want to get into a million configuration options, is there a way to tell it to just use exactly the same settings on output as there is on input and not translate anything? Seems to me it shouldn't have to work nearly as hard this way!
Thanks.
