I was looking at the inexpensive HDMI capture devices on Amazon and saw a BYEASY one. A Youtube reviewer captured video from a Roku Ultra with no HDCP error. Do the cheap Amazon usb devices not have the HDCP encryption issue that Hauppauge has?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Well i guess look further on youtube HDCP is not the only problem you will encounter with HDMI, there's also the "handshake" problem, you can avoid this with converters, which have the side effect of removing HDCP and disabling the handshake protocoll, but then you have to set the resolution correctly on both sides.
Better search on the gamers websites since they use HDMI on a regular basis, and can give better advice.
The ELGATO CAM LINK in combination with an HDMI audio extractor like the MINI HDMI2HDMI (white casing) could work, search for this on Youtube for use "cases"
