I'm about to enccode a project in Adobe premiere. The cinemacraft encoder can determine the packet size of the encoded mpeg file.
What's a good packet size for mpeg1 for a vcd? Is this detailed in the vcd 2.0 specs.?
Also, has anyone using the same set up found that checking "dvd compliant" in the encoder plugin window makes for vcd that play better on a dvd player some of the time?

Thanks for the reply...
I knew that I had see the paket size info somewhere before. I just realized it was mentioned in a menu on Virtualis' vcd test disc that-s available on one of these pages here.
