    Hi everyone.
I`m working with images (making icons for IT startups) and sometimes I have a problem with opening an image. When I`m opening any image I have an error "Windows photo viewer can't run because of not enough memory?".
But I have literally 13gb free RAM out of 32 at all at this time. Can someone help me? List of all working software and screenshot of error below. (Windows 10 x64)
    Software working:
Skype, Trello, WorkTime, Adobe PS, Adobe Illustrator, Paint.

Your computer will inevitably be running more programs than those you list.

Check Task Manager (or whatever it may be called in Win10) to see just how much physical memory is left and it will list all the other programs using memory as well.

Sometimes (read: very often) error messages do not mean what they say.
Does IrfanView also complain about "insufficient memory"
If it doesn't, then forget the ultra-sucky Windows Photo Viewer.
