Downloading WebVTT/VTT Subtitles from M3u8 web sites?

I usually use "The Stream Detector" in FireFox to help with downloading m3u8 files. However; I cannot get "The Stream Detector" to detect WebVTT or simply VTT subtitles from m3u8 streaming files. Does anyone know a good "Addon" in FireFox to download WebVTT/VTT subtitles from streaming web sites? Similar to "The Stream Detector"?

@october262 Thanks for responding. I already have the video file.mp4, so I tried youtube-dl --all-subs --convert-subs srt --skip-download and I get the following message...

@LZAA Thanks. I was looking and putting in VTT or WebVTT not Captions.
