I'm trying to back up a portion of a BluRay I have (just one of the m2ts files) with PCM & DTS HD MA (XLL). Adding the index file to mkvtoolnix parses the BD properly & I can choose the proper playlist but the app gives me an error when trying to process. "The sample rate of the two audio tracks is different: 96000 and 48000" However, both audio tracks are listed as 48.0 khz in mediainfo. Can somebody help with this??

I can probably use makemkv for the same job but I'd like to know what's causing the issue with mkvtoolnix. I'm using the latest ver 50.0.0.
