Need Help with ABC Video

Trying to nab this:
https://abc.com/shows/vomo-vote-or-miss-out/episode-guide/season-01/01-vomo-vote-or-miss-out

Running into this youtube-dl problem:
https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/issues/25207

But I don't know how to patch? I downloaded Python and pyinstaller, but I'm not sure what to do from there. Any help would be appreciated! I'm on a Windows machine.

Are you able to explain how you could get this? I am able to get videos from abc now without issue, unless they are new to abc. I get for example:

$ youtube-dl https://abc.com/shows/vomo-vote-or-miss-out/episode-guide/season-01/01-vomo-vote-or-miss-out

ERROR: This video is only available for users of participating TV providers. Use --ap-mso to specify Adobe Pass Multiple-system operator Identifier and --ap-username and --ap-password or --netrc to provide account credentials.

I have YouTubeTV as my provider, they do not use the mso, so I know I am unable to do that. I do not know how to setup --netrc if that is a valid option either. Can you give details on here, or possible PM to point me in the correct direction? I have done the

fix which works for all non new videos to abc.
