I could help with a hosting it if anyone just makes the static builds.

There are probably mulitple solutions.

1. Wait for ffmpeg finding an alternative for Windows Binaries

2. Build the ffmpeg Binaries with MABS (while staying GPL compliant)

3. https://jeremylee.sh/bin.html - hosted and ~weekly build from a member of the AV1 Community

4. Wait for other people to start hosting and building ffmpeg
