Virtualdub2 and FFmpeg: How do I convert this code to Virtualdub2?

I was asking for advice on how to convert some videos I have for Youtube and someone on another forum suggested I use these codes on FFMPEG. I do thank that poster for the codes but I mostly use Virtualdub2 to convert my videos for Youtube and I want to know how I can convert these codes to Virtualdub2?

ffmpeg -i input.avi -vf scale=2880x1920:flags=neighbor,pad=3840:2160 : (ow-iw)/2: (oh-ih)/2 -c:v libx264 -crf 0 -c:a copy -pix_fmt yuv444p output.mkv

ffmpeg -i input.avi -vf scale=1920x1728:flags=neighbor,pad=3840:2160 : (ow-iw)/2: (oh-ih)/2 -c:v libx264 -crf 0 -c:a copy -pix_fmt yuv444p output.mkv

How do I convert this stuff into Virtualdub2? I just want to encode my videos for Youtube.
