    When attempting to Capture, the dropdown message has only 3 choices including JPG and two other useless choices. I'm a newbie so apparently I've missed something. I'm willing to consider another program if KMPlayer cannot do this.

    Capture what? Do you mean "analog video capturing" using a vintage TV card?
