    trying to put our vhs tapes to a digital form. There is no signal on computer (got all the adapters etc plugged in correctly and the software installed). we have tried 3 different vhs players. they play fine on our smart tv but nothing shows up on our laptop😳
    anything else we can do? (apart from paying arm and a leg for someone to do it for us)

  4. Not enough information. As already asked, what is the capture device, and I will add, exactly how is it connected? (USB? Analog RCA cables? S-Video? Digital cables? 1394/DV?
