Hi - I'm using a Panasonic VHS-C tape with a Panasonic VHS Playpac. Midi-ing that into my laptop and I have a horizontal line near the bottom on all the tapes.

I have easily digitized my regular VHS tapes. But, my VHS-C tapes have this line. Is this a tracking problem. An alignment problem? Can I fix it somehow?
Hoping someone can help. Thanks in advance, Lee

Another note: I found the Panasonic camcorder for the VHS-C tapes! Woo hoo! And, I played the tapes in the machine and viewed them in the machine. They are perfect. No horizontal line near the bottom.
And, I connected directly from the camera to the midi device and then into my PC, and the line is still there. So, it's the midi device or the software. What do to? -
Hi there - nevermind - a driver had to be updated. All good! Thanks for listening!
