Video stream analysis and download hlp request

Hi,
I'm trying to watch a public local Israeli TV series which is no longer stored on the free local broadcaster VOD (reference: https://13tv.co.il/documentary/the-captains/)
I found it on some external Israeli website:
https://seret.live/main/watch/series/3383/season/season1/episode/S01E01/%D7%94%D7%A7%D...98%D7%99%D7%9D

Alas, my connection is sometimes sketchy and this site doesn't let you control the video stream and/or download it for later viewing.
I've tried an assortment of video download plugins but none of them is able to even identify a video stream
(video downloadhelper, stream video downloader, Flash Video Downloader and Plus, Video Downloader PLUS and pro etc...)
From Chrome console all I can recognize is:

Can someone please help me figure out what is going on - how does this site treat video streams?
is this somehow channeled via a script with encryption or something like that?
(aside of just identifying the element on the console I'm quite lost ).

I would appreciate if someone may assist me ( step by step) on how to recognize and download the video stream for offline viewing
(I'm just interested in this local public TV series, nothing else; so I'm not violating forum rules; also this website is designed for Israelis who want to watch local content from abroad - they claim they are legit https://seret.live/main/about - as far as I was able to check local courts haven't blocked them and the matter is under review).

sorry about that - I figured that they let you watch the videos by streaming till the end of the episode, so I thought it is ok to ask...
