    Is there a way or program to change the video resolution size. Vcd resolution is 352 X 240 and if I use any other resolution then the picture look all funny and the audio is fu<k up... The frame rate and Hz are al off.

    Vcd resolution is 352 X 240
    correct. If you change the resolution then it is no longer VCD. This is then what is known as XVCD. How well your player handles non standard formats varies significantly from player to player. Check the DVD compatibilty lists
