Help!

Hello. A brand newbie here. I have recently purchased Honestech's VHS to DVD 2.0 software and followed the menu in what seems to be a very simple procedure. However, after days and days of trying, I am unable to view the VHS playing on my screen.

Can anyone help, or advise best way to contact Honestech?
