Batch file to extract/convert all tx3g files in an .mp4 file

I've searched and searched but I cannot find an answer to this question. I've got an .mp4 file with numerous subtitles in the container that I would like to extract in a single batch process (the subtitle MediaInfo is displayed below). I would like them converted to .srt files labeled "video title" - "language" - "number".srt. The "number" is necessary because there are multiple English, Chinese & other languages located in the file and I want all the versions included. The videos I typically work with are typically limited to a single subtitle file so this is normally not an issue, but for the times I get a video file with multiple subtitles I would like to be able to extract/convert them all to .srt with the language labeled with a single batch file. It does not matter if the language is labeled in full (ie; English, Spanish, French...) or short (ie; Eng, EN, ESP, ES, FRE, FR...). I'd really appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

At least for me it works with single and multiple embedded subtitles.
