Hi All,
I have a collection of Mini DV tapes that I would like to transfer to my PC. Both of my Sharp and Sony camcorders are non-functional.
An suggestion for a Mini DV tape player other than getting a used camcorder ?
Thanks in advance.

A camcorder is the cheapest way to go, A dedicated player costs a fortune now. Besides, DV is 0's and 1's over a firewire connection it doesn't matter if it's a camcorder or something else.
