I have an old OGG file, for same strange reason it identifies itself with 11.025 kHz sample rate. The correct rate would be 44.1 kHz. Is there a way to edit its properties without recoding? I admit I do not know the anatomy of OGG file, is it a container? Is there a container header which can be edited?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Thanks! This looks promising indeed.
Edit: No luck, the "fixed" file gives CRC error. I didn't expect that.Last edited by Randombit; 20th Aug 2020 at 20:11.

My computer tells me this is a DOS executable, I do not run DOS. Thanks anyway.
