    Ive been using BDInfo for years never had a problem until now. I try to open it and it doesnt launch. I used it a couple weeks ago give or take and was fine. I can see it come up in processes for just a moment and disappears. I deleted it and downloaded it again and its the same thing. Any suggestions? Thanks

    try disabling your antivirus software and see if BDInfo will run.

  3. Try to delete this folder: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\BDInfo (if exists).
    xxx=your user name on windows

    i tried both of those suggestions. I didnt see any bdinfo in app data. Turned off Windows Defender and still no luck. I dont know if its an OS issue or what. Everything else seems to run ok and like i said Ive been using this program for years and just as early as a couple of weeks ago or less. I believe this is just a portable program so it doesnt really install it should be local to the folder which i deleted and redownloaded.

    ***Update***
    I decided to move the entire bdinfo folder from its original location to a different one and it worked. So perhaps there are some temp files somewhere that need cleaning out? thanks!
