Hi
A simple query actually and apologies for this!
How can you clip a video to the exact point (time stamp) ?
Every time I can only clip within a 15 second interval. For example, If I want to clip it 10:00:00- 10:10:00 - Toolnix clips it in 15-20 second parts. I am unable to get it clipped at the exact point I want to edit it.
Have I missed something silly that is stopping me from doing it?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Cannot do it in MKVToolNix you can only cut at keyframes. If you want frame accurate cutting you will need to use a video editor including avidemux etc and re-encode.
