Hello!
I have serious decoding problem in Premiere Pro. This problem starts to occour in the second or third day after the istallation. It happans in low res. DVD , HD videos and 4K videos which based on H264 or HEVC codecs.I have win10 x64 Intel Core i7-10700K 8 core processor 32GB ram and RTX 2070 videocard with the latest driver. Turn on or off the HW acceleration in playback did not help. Clearing the media cache also could not help. Again, after fresh windows install it works for 1-2 days, but after that the decoding became corrupted.
There is nothing wrong with the hardver, because other NLE editors and video players could play even 8K videos with HW acceleration of the RTX card without any problems. The CPU can play 4K 60FPS hevc even without HW acceleration in players.
Version of Premiere Pro: 14.3.1
What caused this problematic play back in Premiere Pro? What is the solution?
